Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed (or access to it was disabled) and is not infringing, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or under the law to use the content, you can provide a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- 1. Your physical or digital signature;
- 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was blocked and the location where it was accessible prior to removal;
- 3. A statement asserting your good faith belief that the removal or blocking was a result of an error or misidentification of the content;
- 4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement indicating your willingness to accept service from the individual who initiated the alleged infringement notification.
Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease blocking access within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder seeks a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access to it may be reinstated at our discretion within 10 to 14 business days or longer after the counter-notice is received.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and related laws, we have instituted a policy for terminating users who are considered repeat infringers under suitable circumstances and at our discretion. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is an ongoing pattern of infringement.
